Said the band of the tune: “This song is about finding exactly where your true self lies while facing the obstacles of life and avoiding self implosion in an era of destruction. It shows all the dark things that can come out when finding yourself and how all humans are fueled by hate.”
As compared to previous Lorna Shore releases the band states, “‘The Absolution of Hatred’ is a culmination of everything we have worked towards musically as a band over all the years. It offers every aspect Lorna Shore has ever touched on in a more dynamic and orchestrated manner than ever before.”
