I recently had the pleasure of chatting with “Jay” of Johnny Wore Black, for this edition of the Quick & Dirty. The artist, who released his latest offering, Walking Underwater, Pt. 2 a few months back, has had a long, storied career in both music and film, and has worked with artists and producers such as Megadeth’s David Ellefson, Loretta Heywood, and Grammy Award winning producer David Bottrill.

Jay: Sushi and Saki.

Jay: iPhone, headphones, and sunglasses.

Jay: “Rags to Riches” from Goodfellas. Always makes me feel good, and “every kid wants to be a wise guy”.

Jay: Johnny Wore Black.
Would you rather be a zombie, vampire or werewolf?
Jay: Vampire, they’re suave, sophisticated, terrifying and always get the girls.

Jay: Dogs.

Jay: Johnny Dangerous.

Jay: It’s all about looking good.

Jay: Goodfellas.
