Album Review
Pigs – “You Ruin Everything”
Pigs are a side project of Unsane bassist Dave Curran: First, get past the (in my opinion) absolutely horrible album cover of two disheveled clowns as what’s on the album isn’t half bad: Fuzzed out, groovy muck with a dash of punk and doom thrown in for good measure.

The band seems to do best when it slows things down into a nice, fuzzy groove and seems off-kilter when it speeds things up a bit on songs like “Mashantucket”. The songs “Scrum”, “Small c Celebrity” and “Give” are definitely the standout tracks on the album and the ones that you should check out. Fans of fuzzed out bands like the Melvins should pay attention. Not bad.
