Summary: Hey Everyone! My name is Matt and I’m new to the PureGrainAudio Team. If you’re not already familiar with me, I had been interviewing bands on YouTube all by myself until the nice man Chris Gonda said; “I see something in you kid” and now he’s lending me a hand. I’d like to introduce myself with an interview I did with LIGHTS. What can I say about her; well she is one of the nicest, most sincere and talented people I have ever had the honour to interview. I can’t say enough nice things. Her 6 song EP was released in the beginning of the summer of 2008 and she’s been getting so much well deserved attention since then. I can’t turn the radio on without hearing “Drive my Soul” or “February air”. In this interview, we talk about her creative process, her Skate for Cancer song “Year of the Cure”, the early stages of her yet to be released video for “Ice” and so much more. She is such a pleasure and I hope you enjoy watching this as much as I enjoyed doing it! [ END ]
