A zombie walk is a somewhat organized public gathering of people dressed in zombie costumes and attire. With Zombie walks occurring in major cities around the world, this year’s Toronto, Canada edition featured Oderus Urungus of metal band GWAR! All shot on a Canon EOS 7D with Canon EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 and Canon EOS 50D with Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6.
British rockers, Cradle of Filth, co-headlined the Viva La Band Tour with Gwar. Their music is just as dark as their makeup and hair dye but definitely the nicest metal-ites in the industry! High energy caught on a Canon EOS 20D, Canon 17-85mm USM IS.
Toronto’s own came to the rescue of the Viva La Bands Tour when two of the four bands failed to appear. They showed how much they can rock next to the epic rockers of Gwar and Cradle of Filth. Images snapped on a Canon EOS 20D, Canon 17-85mm USM IS.
A great show with pop-infused-reggae rockers and Mississauga’s own, Ill Scarlett. A great show with four great Canadian guys! All images caught on a Canon EOS 20D, Canon 24-105mm USM IS.
Ministry’s last tour, the “C U LA Tour”, stopped by Toronto’s Koolhaus. I was really grateful to see the show and see Ministry’s founder Al Jourgenssen rock the haus with opener Meshuggah! Although, not the easiest concert to shoot with a fence in the way. Problematic pics shot with a Canon EOS 20D, Canon 17-85 USM IS.
Cleveland’s own, Chimaira, played an enthusiastic set opening for All that Remains, with other supporting acts by Five Finger Death Punch and Divine Heresy. These guys definitely know how to ROCK out! A Canon 20D & Canon 17-85mm f4-5.6 USM IS captured the images.
A crazy headliner show with Massachusetts-based band All that Remains. Lead man, Philip Labonte knows how to rock the windpipes and supporting acts included Chimaira, Five Finger Death Punch and Divine Heresy.
Toronto’s Cancer Bats played an amazing headliner show in the stiflingly hot and sweaty Opera House. The air conditioner died and the Opera House became the Sauna House. Gross sweat caught on a Canon EOS 20D & Canon 17-85mm f4-5.6 USM IS.
That night the heavens opened up and for but a few brief hours, the Gods of axe tantalized us common folk with a display of guitar wizardry unlike anything before seen. The G3 tour is a must-see event if you’re at all into guitar! Pics shot with a Canon EOS 20D.
California’s 30 Seconds to Mars, with sexy front man Jared Leto, were part of the energy packed line up for Rockstar Energy Drink festival Taste Of Chaos. We managed to attend and capture some action shots on a Canon EOS 20D, with 17-85mm USM IS.
Seattle’s “horror punk scene”, Aiden, was part of Rockstar’s Taste of Chaos Tour pit stop at Arrow Hall. Terrifying displays were snagged with a Canon EOS 20D & Canon 17-85mm f4-5.6 USM IS.
