Former MTV Host Vanessa Warwick Returns with New Metal & Rock Show

Swedish streaming startup Staccs, has announced the recruitment of a former MTV host to head up a brand new music programme on its platform. Vanessa Warwick, known for hosting the legendary ‘Headbangers Ball’ on MTV during the 1990s, will host ‘Heavy Metal HeyDaze’ – an original series on Staccs TV dedicated to showcasing the best of metal and rock music videos.
Available from September 17th on the Staccs TV channel on Samsung TV+ and Pluto TV only in the Nordics, ‘Heavy Metal HeyDaze’ will take viewers on an access-all-areas tour through the metal and rock music videos and concert recordings available on Staccs.
Taking a deep dive into the world of metal and rock, from exclusive live performances, documentaries, interviews and the most rocking videos from a curated Staccs playlist handpicked by Vanessa – new episodes of ‘Heavy Metal HeyDaze’ will be released each month, with repeats airing every Thursday at 9pm CET on the Staccs TV channel and Staccs.com.
