THE JIM REYNOLDS BAND Brighten Up Spring with New “Firefly” Single [Exclusive Premiere]
A lighthearted, breezy, and ever-so-Spring-weather-ready tune, “Firefly” is the latest single from The Jim Reynolds Band.
A lighthearted, breezy, and ever-so-Spring-weather-ready tune, “Firefly” is the latest single from The Jim Reynolds Band. Taken from the forthcoming studio recording, Glitter Bomb, the song will be available on all major DSPs as of May 22nd. Glitter Bomb is due on July 22nd via Vow Records and follows 2013’s De los Muertos and La Rana, plus 2016’s Perfect for Listening.
A very chilled-out sound, Los Angeles, California-based songwriter and bandleader Jim Reynolds said of the tune, “‘Firefly’ is an upbeat love-song influenced by Mayer Hawthorne and classics Otis Redding and Smokey Robinson. It evokes images of the natural world and smiles on warm days.”
Think you’re new to Jim’s tunes? Well, you might already have heard his stuff via film and television features including Sons of Anarchy, Franklin and Bash, and Embrace of the Vampire.
