Portland OR’s punk-ish post-rockers, Braveyoung, are streaming the first single, “Wonderful,” off their upcoming full-length, Misery and Pride. Misery and Pride is due out on March 24th via The Flenser and sees the group retain their punk roots, but create a recording full of somber instrumentals.
Misery and Pride is loaded with “brooding drones and chamber string arrangements” while the album gets its name “from text in Czech author Milan Kundera’s novel, Ignorance.”
