Feverwar – “Bullshit” [Song Review]
It’ll be worth it to catch some more from this group and soon, and you can certainly do that with their latest album Bible and Sword out now.
Okay, new rule: when you shout about the system or the masses in your song, you immediately get a 1/10 from me.
But in all seriousness, it’s easier to swallow the generic “everything is fucked, everybody sucks” vibe from this band because they’re genuinely young kids who are just trying to blow off some steam and raise some levels. Or at least they’ve succeeded in pulling off that image, if a little tenuously.
What sticks though, is the blistering hatred and tone coming out of the four-piece from Ohio, and it shows that, while they may not be looking for points in originality when it comes to lyrics, they’re certainly showing up to steal the show in terms of energy and raw delivery. It’ll be worth it to catch some more from this group and soon, and you can certainly do that with their latest album Bible and Sword out now.
