The Prestige – “World At My Feet” [YouTube Song Stream]
The Prestige have posted a new track from their forthcoming album, Ecotone. The track is titled “World At My Feet” and can be heard via the YouTube embed just below. To give insight into the song, vocalist JC Hamel offered the following: “Depression is hell of a nightmare for anyone stuck with it. You tend to see the bad side out of everything, and you carry some sort of sadness around with you wherever you go. This song is a window on the moment where you realize what the situation is, and decide when/where you flip things over, and start seeing the beauty in everything.” Adding, “It’s never too late to turn around, we’ve all been there. We feel having your feet at the top of the world is an equivalent of making the best we can out of anything.”

The band teamed with producer Antoine Lussier (Obey The Brave, Ion Dissonance) AT .357 Productions to record Ecotone, whom the band has worked with in the past. “It was the third time we hit the studios with him and we had a blast. He truly is a genius and he helped us craft the sound we were always looking for. We are very proud of how it sounds and cannot wait to have everyone listen to it.” stated guitarist Sebastien Marois.
