Luke Jenner of THE RAPTURE Creates Exclusive Playlist for Radio
WRIR’s own Cause & Effect show traces the musical roots (influences, off shoots, peers, and followers) of one band or artists every week on Thursdays from 7PM to 9PM. On Thursday, March 8th, 2012, Cause & Effect presents a very special show featuring Luke Jenner, frontman for beloved dance-punks The Rapture. Created exclusively for Cause & Effect, Luke has hand picked a set list highlighting his personal influences through the 14 year history of the band. His set is a shining example of what makes Cause & Effect such a unique and special radio show as well as telling his creative journey through the music of others including his four favorite songs from The Rapture catalog.
