For their latest video Radical Dads teamed up with Paola Suhonen, founder of Finnish fashion label Ivana Helsinki, to create a resolutely analog and vintage-inspired film for the Mega Rama track “Hurricane.” Radical Dads and Suhonen have never met, but the designer says they “share common aesthetics,” which is “even more important than the need to meet in person.” Check out the video HERE.

The video was created by layering shots of ink and water filmed by Suhonen over footage she found abandoned on the side of the road in a small town in Missouri. The psychedelic results lack any formal narrative, but the displaced people and washes of color convey what it feels like to go through a natural — or personal — disaster.

Radical Dads will be playing in-store and presenting a live premiere of the video at the Ivana Helsinki shop in NYC (251 Elizabeth Street) this Friday, March 9th at 8pm.
