Sunken Monkey – “Moving On” [Free Song Download]
We’re offering you a free download of four-piece punk/rock group, Sunken Monkey’s song “Moving On” with one small caveat… this is from Sunken Monkey’s December 24, 2009 Self-Titled release.
According to Wikipedia, “Burnley is a market town in Lancashire, England, with a population of around 73,500.” Upon further Google-ing it appears the town’s number one export is their Premier League Football Club, Burnley F.C. At least it was, until we discovered four-piece punk/rock group, Sunken Monkey. We’re offering you a free download of the band’s song “Moving On” with one small caveat… it should be noted that this is from Sunken Monkey’s December 24, 2009 Self-Titled release and since then, the guys have made tremendous strides with their sound.
Together, Spindle (guitar, vocals), Rob (guitar), Hendy (drums), and Adam (bass), have worked with Bumface Records to release their aforementioned debut album and now, the band have ventured out on their own to drop their latest single, “This Town’s Too Big (For The Both of Us).” With influences ranging from NOFX and Rise Against to Four Year Strong, The Menzingers and The Swellers, these young lads have a fun, energetic sound that is a must-hear for any punk or pop-punk fans.
