Keane – “Silenced By The Night” [Song Review]
The beauty of Keane lies in its simplicity, much like many other similar-sounding British artistes. “Silenced By The Night” is yet another melancholic, delicate, almost angelic tune from their upcoming album Strangeland. It definitely does not sound as “characteristically Keane” as many of their other more popular songs (“Somewhere Only We Know”, “Crystal Ball”, etc.), but it does capture the wistfulness that the lyrics portray. A good appetizer to keep us on our toes. Look out for Keane’s new album Strangeland, out on May 7th!
