Shaka Ponk
TWO (2) happy winners will walk away with an autographed copy of the CD Bad Porn Movie Trax. Enter NOW!
Brief Bio: Shaka Ponk was born between Paris and Berlin in the early 2000s from a concept that brings together music, imagery and activism. Today it is a fully fledged group following the tradition of pugnacious noise music as begun by Rage against the Machine. Yet breaking away from being labelled is a important characteristic of theirs. For Shaka Ponk there couldn’t be a better strategy to express what’s important to them than using the feats of the machines to their advantage, even if they have to occasionally divert them, whether it’s for computer optimised sounds or the use of virtual characters.
