Noah Kahan Opens His ‘We’ll All Be Here North America Tour’ in Vancouver [Photos]
Folk-pop superstar Noah Kahan opened his “We’ll All Be Here North America Tour” in Vancouver with Jensen McRae to much fanfare.
The Rogers Arena was the house for the opening night of Noah Kahan’s “We’ll All Be Here North America Tour.” The arena was at capacity as the concert was sold out as soon as the tickets went on sale, and fans lined up before entering the arena to buy the tour’s merch.
Noah is touring with up-and-coming artist Jensen McRae. McRae brought her melodic voice and romantic lyrics to her first arena performance, and the Vancouverites were delighted by her. She performed nine songs, including “My Ego Dies at The End,” which is her most popular song so far.
Noah Kahan and his band came to the stage, and the crowd went to their feet. “Dial Drunk” was the first song of the set, to which the euphoric crowd started to sing word for word. For the sixth and seventh songs, “Forever” and “Come Over,” the scenario changed. Noah and the band all sat down and there were a few pictures of Baby Noah and some paints in the back. He called it the living room section.
For the eighth song, Noah performed an unreleased track called “Pain Is Cold Water,” judging by the fans’ reaction, it looked like the track had been out for a while because everyone knew the lyrics. After performing “Home Sick,” Noah walked off the stage and moved to a smaller one set up right in the middle of the floor of the arena; on his way there, he was high-fiving all the fans. In the second stage, he performed “Growing Sideways” and “Glue Myself Shut.”
Noah Kahan closed his 20-song set with “Northern Attitude,” and snow-like confetti dropped from above the stage to the floor. The fans refused to leave the arena and screamed for Noah and the band to return to the stage. He returned and performed three more tracks for the crowd, “Young Blood,” “The View Between Villages,” and “Stick Season.”
