Yonaka, Conjurer and more Set for Liverpool’s Debut ’No Play’ Festival 2023
Yonaka and Conjurer are amongst the acts set to perform at Liverpool’s first ever ‘No Play’ Festival in August. Full details here.
Liverpool independent promoter No Play have announced the line-up for the first ever No Play Festival which is set to take place at the Invisible Wind Factory in Liverpool on August 5th, 2023.
Split across multiple stages, the Main Stage will host alternative acts including headliners Yonaka along with artists such as Vukovi, Higher Power and Superlove. Yonaka’s headline set will be the Brighton band first headline in the city since playing The Shipping Forecast in 2017.
For those who want something a bit heavier, the basement Guillotine Stage will host a range of heavier acts including Conjurer, Graphic Nature and Going Off whilst the outdoor Best Life Records Stage features a range of local talent.
Launched post-covid at the end of 2021, the No Play team have been promoting shows around the city since 2016 with the second stage, ‘The Guillotine Stage’ named as a tribute to the monthly ‘Guillotine Sessions’ they host to promote local artists. In testament to their love of curating local talent, it will be recent Guillotine Session headliners, Lure In, who open this stage.
“No Play has always championed and supported the underground in such a way that bands and punters alike both feel it and want to be involved.” say the band. “We are extremely hyped to help continue their mission to bring up the underground and make it something special”.
Tickets for No Play Festival are on general sale now, available from here.
