Johnny Manchild and The Poor Bastards Release New Single “Oh, Songbird”
Johnny Manchild and The Poor Bastards have released their new music video for “Oh, Songbird” from their upcoming album ‘Rapture Waltz.’

Johnny Manchild and the Poor Bastards are releasing a taste of what’s to come with a new song and video for “Oh, Songbird.”
It’s systematically alluring, upbeat, and infectious. “Oh, Songbird” bounces along on the back of a guitar riff built from the bones of punk and alt-rock that will hook you in with its rhythms, head-bobbing melody, and dynamic vocals.
Johnny Manchild and The Poor Bastards are a multi-genre ensemble founded by Johnny Manchild (composition, production, vocals, keyboards). Since their inception, the band (affectionately known as “Bastards”) has grown into a musical collective with collaborators in regular rotation and Johnny at the helm. They paved the way for the band’s independent success using the internet as a way to share their music, and with a charming presence and infectious songs, Johnny Manchild and The Poor Bastards built a global following and garnered over 20 million streams to date.
Their new album, Rapture Waltz, is available for pre-order here. Every pre-order gets an early download of the album three weeks before the official release date. In addition, Johnny Manchild and the Poor Bastards are offering multiple bundles and limited items. The band will also be on tour this coming spring.
