Following his recent return with new tracks “Blindside” and “A Year Ago”, and the announcement of his fifth, brand new studio album Bitter Sweet Love – out January 26th, 2024 on Columbia Records, James Arthur has released new single “Just Us.”

Check out the video for the powerful ballad here:

Speaking about the inspiration behind the single, James revealed:

“‘Just Us’ is a song in which I confess to running away from what really matters and getting lost in the pursuit of validation from external things. It’s about chasing a hedonistic, hollow life. Realising the true meaning of life which is of course about true love, loving ourselves, our families and our communities and being there for them.”

James also recently announced his return to the stage with a huge UK & European tour that hits the UK in March next year for a run of 8 huge arena shows, including London’s Wembley OVO Arena on March 16th, 2024.

I have an unhealthy obsession with bad horror movies, the song Wanted Dead Or Alive and crap British game shows. I do this not because of the sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll lifestyle it affords me but more because it gives me an excuse to listen to bands that sound like hippos mating.
