Get the Lowdown on the “New Blood” Announced for BLOODSTOCK OPEN AIR
More bands have been added to the line-up for Bloodstock 2018. So here’s the pick of the crop of bands you’ll find if you venture away from the main stage.
With just six weekends to go until Bloodstock returns to Catton Hall, organisers have announced even more bands to the already stacked card. So, if you fancy a break away from the Main Stage here are some of the newly added bands you’ll find across the festival.
1. Demonic Resurrection
– Blackened death metal band Demonic Resurrection are joining the Sophie Lancaster stage line-up on Sunday, replacing Bio Cancer who have regrettably had to cancel. The band are jetting in from Mumbai, India and released their fifth album Dashavatar earlier this year. For more information on the band, please visit: www.facebook.com/DemonicResurrection.
Check out Demonic Resurrection’s video for “Narasimha – The Man-Lion”.
2. Kinasis
– Hailing from Bridgwater, Kinasis will be bringing their shuddering brand of technical metal to the New Blood Stage on the Friday following their success at their regional Metal 2 The Masses heats. The band released their Pariah disc last year. For more information on the band, please visit: www.facebook.com/Kinasis.
Check out Kinasis’ video for “Red Earth”.
3. Skybrudd
– Adding a bit of European flavour to the New Blood stage on the Sunday are Skybrudd who hail from Drammen in Norway. The band who describe their sound as a “melting pot of doom/sludge/black/dark metal” promise a relentless live performance when they take to the Bloodstock stage.
