New York City’s hardcore crew, Crushed are streaming the song “Annoying” off their forthcoming Deep User EP, due out on April 14th. The NYHC band produced the album with Uniform’s Ben Greenberg and have a sound that’s akin to “[s]omething like Unsane covering Madball, Crushed takes the heavy, thrashy efficiency of the New York hardcore OGs and smothers it in subterranean noise-rock grime.”
Frontman Fred Miketa commented on the album’s lyrics, “the entire album is about being a single dad battling with addiction and reflecting on getting older.”
