The Perreaults are four brothers whom, together, constitute the metalcore band, Oh Tear the Veil. Based in Louisville, Ohio, Colyn (guitar), Hayden (drums), Chase (bass), and Kasen (vocals), came together in an effort to not only produce a strong metalcore sound, but also to share their Christian beliefs. We’ve partnered with the group to offer their song “Septuagint” (feat. Kevin Lankford) as a free download. We think you’ll dig it!
According to the band’s biography, their: “name represents a moment of great significance for the Christian. The time during the crucifixion when the veil in the temple was torn from top to bottom, signifying the end of separation between God and man. Since Jesus’s ultimate sacrifice was given, we would all now have access to the throne of God, whether Jew or Gentile.”
