French Exit have released a song titled “It’s Not, I’m Not” through their Bandcamp page as a “Name Your Price” download. But guess what? We have it too! The track was originally slated to be included on a compilation. French Exit released their full-length Guts & Black Stuff in December 2013 on It’s Alive Records.
Vocalist/guitarist Tim Stasica elaborates: “We wrote this song right after we finished our LP. We recorded it along with our covers EP in our drummer’s garage, and it was supposed to be on a 4-way split that still hasn’t materialized. Since we’ve been playing it live occasionally for a few months, we wanted to just get it out there to kind of clear the slate for more new stuff!”
