South African band Truth and Its Burden have released a new track titled “Brick To Bone”, which can be heard below. The song is a pre-production demo from the band’s new full-length album, which will be released in early 2014 through Rite of Passage Records. The band will be hitting the road with Betrayal and Conqueror on the “Survive The Wild Tour” in September throughout South Africa.

“The song speaks about how lyrical content in music can change people, empower mind and spirit and really ‘condition’ people to become stronger,” stated vocalist Ashley De Beer. “It’s all about being an inspiration in people’s lives which is basically what we always hope we can achieve with our music.”
