On June 27th, in a windy alley outside of the dingy-but-fun venue known as the Reverb in Toronto, Canada, we had the pleasure of briefly chatting with The Red Chord’s frontman Guy Kozowyk. In the interview, Guy told us about the band’s new album Prey For Eyes, the lack of fights on tour, bus breakdowns (what else is new), new guitarists, and most importantly… the answer to the question, “whose toast is it?”

On June 27th, Toronto, Canada was devastated with one hell of a Metal show. There was carnage everywhere, legs and arms flying around, and sweat, spit and blood pouring all over people. It was BRUTAL! During 5 seconds of quiet, we managed to grab All Shall Perish frontman Hernan “Eddie” Hermida and ask him several things about new material, Euro-tours, and BEER! Oh and there was a stupid seagull!
T’was a humid, sticky 2nd day of June in Toronto, Canada when we got temporarily relieved from the heat, with some cool tunes. On that day during the last stop of the sick Tour and Loathing tour, PureGrainAudio’s Spencer Matulaitis connected with Protest The Hero frontman Rody Walker and spoke to him about pissing on tour bus beds, band fighting, oh… and their new record! Plus a random guest appearance by Stuart Aiken, front man of These Silhouettes.
So on an unseasonably muggy Saturday on June 2nd, Toronto, Canada was host to the last stop of the radical Tour and Loathing tour. Just prior to the musical madness at the Opera House, we got the privilege of speaking with Threat Signal frontman Jon Howard in a small, grungy bar.
