Toronto punks The Flatliners have released the lead track, “The Arousal of Repair,” from their new 7″ release, Mass Cadence. The band is now nearing sixteen years of existence, hammering out bombastic tunes all the way from dive bars to stages of some of the most massive festival stages. Last year, they signed with Dine Alone Records to begin a new chapter in their career. Frontman Chris Cresswell commented, “On Mass Cadence, we pick up where Inviting Light left off and we feel that bulb burning bright. These are summer songs about the politics of living, and the heartbreak of growing up. Turn it up, feel your age, and beat the heat.”
