Known for pulling special performances out of their bag (At The Gates, Converge, Pig Destroyer to name just a few), the people behind Damnation Festival have confirmed another cracker for this year’s event.
Headlined by Cradle of Filth and featuring a supporting cast that includes Nails, Bleeding Through, Fuming Mouth and more, organisers have now confirmed UK extreme metal band Dragged Into Sunlight will be appearing at this year’s event.
The band whose set will close out this year’s Holy Goat stage, will be performing their 2009 album Hatred For Mankind in its entirety in an exclusive set at this year’s festival.
The band had this to say:
“DRAGGED INTO SUNLIGHT has a long standing history with Damnation and we look forward to putting the floor through while closing the second arena, five years to the day of our last show. This is the ONLY time we will perform Hatred For Mankind in full in 2024, for its 15th anniversary. The real horror begins.”
Damnation Festival 2024 takes place at BEC Arena, Manchester on November 2nd 2024. For ticket details and more information, head over to the Official Damnation Website here.
