When friend and Sonic Boom owner Jeff Barber asked if Metz were interested in participating, they jumped at the chance. “We had this Sparklehorse cover that we recorded during the sessions for our new record and this seemed like a good way to release it.” The split 7-inch will be released this Saturday April 21 in honour of Record Story Day.
