PHANTOMS Preview Self-Titled Debut with Stream of “Been Here Before”

Electronic duo Phantoms are streaming the cut “Been Here Before” off their upcoming self-titled debut full-length due out on March 31st via Casablanca / Republic Records.

The tune, on which the group’s Kyle Kaplan sings, is about “the endless loop of partying that many people find themselves in, even when it’s against their best interests.”
