Japanese “Naturecore” newcomers, Earthists., are streaming a new single, “Resonating Light” (ft. Ichika), off their newly-announced debut full-length offering, Dreamscape. The album is due out on March 8th, 2017 via Tragic Hero Records and tour plans are in the works.
With this album, the group challenged themselves to create music that transcends genres with meaningful lyrics. Guitarist Yuta Tanaka elaborated: “Dreamscape has variety of genres of music from a post rock song to metalcore songs. With this record, we wanted to create something new while incorporating technical riffage, jazzy piano sounds and grooves. Lyrically, we showcased struggling with loneliness and importance to live strongly.”
