Newsmen – “Grand Tracadie” & “Covehead” [Single]
This two song EP from the Toronto-based art rock/dark pop band the Newsmen is both infectious and fun. Opener “Grand Tracadie” is a percussive piano-driven, toe-tapping extravaganza of a tune that instantly gets under your skin. It’s sister, “Covehead”, is a bit more raw and rough around the edges and sort of has an indie feel about it. While there remains a percussive piano element, it has more of a punk influence to it complete with great big gang vocals.

If you are looking for something a bit different, than I suggest you check out Newsmen. They are a bit outside of the box, but a whole lot of fun!
