Mysterious Los Angeles quintet The Neighborhood recently posted their music video for the new single “Sweater Weather” online (check PureGrain.TV or our YouTube for it). To add to the growing excitement, the band is now also giving away a free download of the same song. Similar in sound to Sam Sparro and The Weeknd, The Neighbourhood mix things up by remaining dark and having a somewhat foreboding air about them.
The group has also been surrounded by incredible buzz as of late – their previous video/single, “Female Robbery”, debuted on both NME and Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 Show – and with this new song/video combo, and their knack for only appearing in grainy, distorted or out of camera shots like above, the mystery and hype should continue for the unforeseeable future.
