Dan Mangan was in my opinion, the highlight of Folkfest this year. He played a great number of hits which the audience sang along to. In addition, he ended the night with a bang by jumping into the crowd and getting all the fans who had dressed up as robots to come on stage and become part of his performance during his single, “Robots”. I look forward to seeing Dan perform again!
Patrick Watson blew the crowd away with an incredible performance at this year’s Ottawa Folk Festival. His set included an incredible light show and the entire set was full of energy and soul. Many were there to see him play that night and it was clear that everyone was excited about this particular performance!
