Fit For Rivals will continue to expand their fan base on their Fall tour with Icon For Hire. The band has had the honor of touring with with notable acts such as The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Hoobastank, Candlebox, Go Radio, Framing Hanley and (most recently) Blameshift. The hard-rock/punk-pop hybrid recently premiered the new video, “Hit Me”. This is the first single from the forthcoming album, ‘Freak Machine,’ to be released in early 2015 on Big 3 Records/Sony Red.
The first time I was exposed to Icon For Hire was when they opened for Red and P.O.D. at a Baltimore show. I was left mesmerized by the sheer energy of their live performance… and frontwoman Ariel’s shocking pink hair and goth/punk getup, of course. (She even has her own fashion line, Custom Catastrophes, which you should definitely check out).
Icon For Hire premieres their new music video for “Make A Move”. The song comes off their debut album ‘Scripted’ to be released on August 23rd by Tooth & Nail Records. Scripted was produced by Aaron Sprinkle (Anberlin, The Almost, Acceptance). check the video out HERE.
