After an amazing debut (Sole Lord) Brooklyn, NY’s Hull had some intense pressure on their shoulders to create and equally good sophomore album. The follow up, Beyond The Lightless Sky, came out 2 years later and became one of the metal world’s most anticipated albums of 2011.

Today long-running New York City weekly newspaper, The Village Voice, is hosting an exclusive stream/download of “Fire Vein,” the fifth track off Hull’s upcoming new full-length, ‘Beyond The Lightless Sky’. Set for release on October 11th, 2011 via The End Records, the follow-up to the band’s critically-acclaimed ‘Sole Lord’ debut was co-produced by Brett Romnes and mixed by Billy Anderson (Sleep, Neurosis, Melvins, et al).
