Hard rock fans are going to totally dig Ghosts, the new album from the renowned Canadian band, Big Wreck. This record, their first since 2012’s Albatross, is a melodic, riff-filled collection of tunes that forces the listener to move along.
Mayday Parade is thrilled to release their new song “Ghosts”, which is featured on the band’s forthcoming new album Monsters In The Closet. Alongside the new song, the band has launched the pre-order for the new album, which is slated for release on October 8th. Listen to “Ghosts” below and pre-order Monsters In The Closet HERE.
“Ghosts” is one of the key tracks off of New Jersey melodic metal band Forlorn Path’s debut full-length album Man’s Last Portrait. The group takes their inspirations from other similar bands such as Swallow the Sun, Draconian, Woods of Ypres, Agalloch, Dark Tranquility, Opeth and Bathory. The self-released Man’s Last Portrait comes off as a majestic work, layered with morose wisdom, sonic sanctity and deviant beauty. The album was recorded by guitarist and sound engineer Ivan Chernikov, mixed by Rob Torres and Frightbox Studios, and mastered by Jens Bogren and Fascination Street Studios.
