We sat down with the lead singer Keith Buckley of the metal act Every Time I Die to talk about rumors of a side project with members of Fall Out Boy, their Canadian tour and the premonitions on their anticipated fifth album.
Okay, so to say that 2005 was a good year for Buffalo, New York natives Every Time I Die would be a serious understatement. The fact of the matter is that during the past year this quintet of solid musicians has seen more madness then they might have even wanted. In the short time since their last record (a 2003 Ferret Music release entitled Hot Damn!) ETID have become…
When you hear the term “upstate New York” you really don’t think of loud rock music, you think home of the Goo Goo Dolls, but all that is about to change. In a time where everything sounds the same and everyone dresses the same, Every Time I Die manage to steer away from that scene to create one of their own. These New Yorkers put on a sick live show only capturing what’s on this album. They describe their sound as “a buffalo bills tailgate party meets a high school bonfire kegger.”
