Hells Headbangers have announced October 15th as the international release date for Tiger Junkies’ new album D-Beat Street Rock n Rollers. Deadly committed to the timeless trinity of booze, sex, and nuclear metalpunk, Tiger Junkies are an unholy team-up between Toxic Holocaust mainman Joel Grind and Abigail/Barbatos mainman Yasuyuki Suzuki. To date, the duo have recorded an album entitled D-Beat Street Rock n Rollers (from 2008) as well as 2006’s debut EP Sick of Tiger, and most recently a three-way split with Blüdwülf and Hells Headbangers labelmates Children of Technology.
Dirty Mike & The Boys are an L.A. based band featuring Mike “Abominator” Nelson of Gravehill. Unlike his primary band, Dirty Mike & The Boys is a hardcore punk band that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
Los Angeles D-beat decibel deviants, D.I.S. (Destroyed In Seconds), are set to unleash their new full-length this Fall via Deep Six Records on November 1st. Fittingly titled Becoming Wrath, the offering was recorded and mixed mid 2012 at Architeuthis Sound in North Hollywood by the band’s own Sean Vahle and features nine tracks of malicious thrash-tinged d-beat downs that capture D.I.S. at their most ferocious.
