Cholera is a progressive death metal project hailing from Ottawa, Canada. The band currently consists of Raphael Weinroth-Browne (guitars, drums, vocals, keyboards, piano, cello, oud) and Matthew Buller (fretted and fretless basses, additional vocals). Their debut EP, Enslaved Humanity, was written during late 2007-2008 and recorded during mid 2008 at The Gallery Studios in Ottawa, at which time both band members were only 16 years old.

Hardcore henchmen Nails’ crushing “Conform/Scum Will Rise” video has been confirmed to premiere on MTV2 this Friday, May 20 at 7:00pm EST! Filmed as part of Scoin’s ongoing bi-annual underground artist series, “Conform/Scum Will Rise” hails from the band’s acclaimed 2010 album ‘Unsilent Death’. Heavy metal radio host Full Metal Jackie just issued an audio update where she released information about her upcoming radio show this weekend. On her show, Job For A Cowboy drummer Jon Rice will be guesting and premiering a brand new track off of the bands upcoming album ‘Gloom’ which was recorded with Jason Suecof at Audiohammer Studios in Florida.
