Connecticut’s Hard Feelings Drop Debut Album ‘No One Is Going to Save You’
Fueled by anger, Connecticut Hardcore band Hard Feelings have released their debut full-length album No One Is Going to Save You
Six years after forming, Hard Feelings have been bringing that raw hardcore punk that drives mosh pits and causes injuries at shows. After a few singles and a couple of demos, the band have released their debut full-length album, No One Is Going to Save You, through Heroes & Martyrs. With producer Nick Bellmore’s help, Hard Feelings have created a ten-track hardcore album that’s in your face and made for anger.
The group has offered a sneak peek with the release of “Lovesick” and “False Prophet” in September, but today fans get to experience the real deal hardcore. The songs may be short, but that doesn’t stop Hard Feelings from getting their anger out and inspiring listeners to feel the same.
Vocalist Zach McCormack shared his thought process about the album’s lyrics:
“This album is a lot more personal than previous releases, and it’s a culmination of a lot of different things. From overcoming loss and hardship, ridding your life of people that don’t want the best for you, and coming to terms with a system that wants to see you fail, these songs are just a way to let out our frustration and allow us to face these things head on. Our name says it all, but these songs are an outlet for us to express our frustration with everyday life and sometimes the people in it.”
Hard Feelings will celebrate the release of No One Is Going To Save You on October 24th in Waterbury, CT. Joined by Soulless, Negative Force, Pushback, and Intrusive, this is a show Connecticut hardcore fans won’t want to miss.
