A Perfect Circle has released “To Whom It May Concern” and also announced an extensive North American tour, bringing along Puscifer and The Cult for certain shows.
To follow up on the success of their first single released in 2026, titled “Starless,” which has reached #1 on Active Rock radio in the U.S., A Perfect Circle has now released “To Whom It May Concern.” Along with the release of the second single of the year, the band have also announced an extensive North American tour, bringing along Puscifer and The Cult for certain shows.

Puscifer will join A Perfect Circle on all of the Canadian performances, as well as Detroit on April 25th, while the remaining American shows will have The Cult opening instead.
Guitarist Billy Howerdel spoke on the release of new music, stating:
“It’s exciting to finally get some new music out into the world, and seeing ‘Starless’ reach #1 at rock radio this week has made it even sweeter! The outpouring of support is so very much appreciated. ‘To Whom It May Concern’ is next up! More to come.”
