Jack White Announces New Album ‘Frozen Charlotte,’ Shares Single “Dollar Bill”

Rock icon Jack White has officially announced his seventh solo studio album, Frozen Charlotte, due out July 10th through Third Man Records.

To coincide with the announcement, White has unveiled the album’s lead single, “Dollar Bill,” giving fans their first taste of the forthcoming record. The track follows previously released songs “G.O.D. and the Broken Ribs” and “Derecho Demonico,” both of which appeared earlier this year and were later performed during White’s sixth career appearance on Saturday Night Live.

According to the album announcement, Frozen Charlotte was recorded at White’s Third Man Studio in Nashville and features his longtime touring band: Patrick Keeler (drums), Dominic Davis (bass), and Bobby Emmett (keyboards). The 13-track collection continues the raw, energetic spirit of White’s acclaimed 2024 album No Name, blending garage rock intensity with blues-driven foundations.

Pre-orders and pre-saves for Frozen Charlotte are available now through Third Man Records’ official store. The album will be released on standard black vinyl, alongside several limited-edition variants including the “Zug Island Blue” Third Man exclusive, a “Chrome” edition available through White’s tour and webstore, and an “Ice Blue” version for independent record stores. CD and cassette editions will also be available.

White is currently in the midst of an extensive 2026 world tour. North American dates begin July 10th with a sold-out performance at The Anthem in Washington, D.C., before continuing across the continent through November. Highlights include multiple-night engagements in Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Miami Beach, as well as appearances at Borderland Festival and Iron Blossom Music Festival.

Canadian fans can catch White at Toronto’s RBC Amphitheatre on July 14th, where support will come from Angine de Poitrine. Additional dates throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, and Asia are also scheduled. Full tour information can be found at Jack White’s official website.
