Arzenik Releases Pounding Industrial Metal Single, “Destiny Control”
Arzenik, a new boundary-pushing force in neo-industrial metal, has released their new single “Destiny Control.”
Arzenik, a new boundary-pushing force in neo-industrial metal, has released their new single “Destiny Control” — an unrelenting song driven by cinematic hybrid percussion and punishing guitar, exploring the topic of how deep consciousness determines an individual’s destiny.
Both sonically and lyrically, the song addresses the duality and conflict between the identity we hide underneath the surface, and how we project ourselves to the outside world. Starting with a nine-ton heavy rhythm, the song evolves in intensity to a breaking point, only to restart the cycle with each breaking point becoming more and more chaotic. Without providing an answer to the question of what controls your destiny, the listener is encouraged to come to their own resolution at the end.
Blending syncopated metal riffs, bombastic cinematic percussion, double-kick drumming, and dark synth elements, “Destiny Control” is an intense sonic experience that invites contemplation once the head stops banging. The arrangement mirrors how we face the duality of existence and the battle between the parts of ourselves we allow to control our destiny. The song is also designed for the dual purpose of listening individually or in the context of the mosh pit.
“Destiny Control” is available on all major streaming platforms. For fans of cybermetal, industrial metal, dark electronic and the deep realms of sonic exploration, this is a track not to be missed.
