With Download Festival transformed into one of the last remaining safe havens in a collapsing world, Damian puts the band’s survival instincts to the test and discovers how they would navigate the end of civilisation.
From securing essential resources and establishing leadership to managing a growing community of survivors, Yannick and Tommy-Lee explore what it would take to survive when Download becomes humanity’s final refuge. Along the way, they discuss the importance of water, the challenges of governance, the role of music in maintaining morale, and whether festival veterans or hardened preppers would be better equipped for life after the apocalypse.
Would Download become a thriving new society or descend into chaos? Which bands would be trusted to lead? And what would be the first priorities in the crucial opening hours of a global collapse? This Download Festival special blends humour, festival culture, and survival strategy as Paleface Swiss step into their very own Ampocalypse.
