Tim Albertson Channels Strength & Freedom on Single “Out That Door”
Canadian country artist Tim Albertson is back with his latest single, “Out That Door,” a song of strength and perspective.
Canadian country artist Tim Albertson is back with his latest single, “Out That Door,” available on all streaming platforms. The track kicks off Blink Town Tales: Vol 2, the second chapter in his music collection series.
The track was transformed during the recording process from a softer ballad into a commanding anthem of taking back control, showcasing Tim’s signature stadium-sized sound. Written by Evan Farrell and produced by “CMAO Producer of the Year” Shawn Moore, the song was recorded at Moore Music in Ayr, Ontario, with guitars by Stu Weinberg (The Reklaws, Shawnee Kish), bass by JR Riggan and background vocals from Ayden Jacobs and Rachel Jeans.
Tim hopes “Out That Door” can offer listeners strength and perspective. He comments:
“Maybe it gives someone the courage to walk out – whether from a relationship, a job, school or a friendship. It’s about choosing happiness for yourself. Young Tim wasn’t the best at being boyfriend material. Beyond the story, I found the song empowering. I was raised by my momma, so to hear a story from the female perspective was extremely enticing for me.”
The new song comes as Tim ramps up momentum with CMAO showcases and summer festivals, continuing a steady flow of music that includes last year’s standout track “Do What You Do.”
Fans can expect more new music this summer and fall as Tim returns to the studio to complete Blink Town Tales: Vol 2.
He promises:
“The pedal is fully to the floor, and it’s not coming off anytime soon.”
Born and raised in the small town of Hurkett, Ontario, Tim Albertson is a small-town boy with a stadium-sized sound. His high-energy performances and commanding vocals have earned him stages alongside Lee Brice, Jordan Davis, Doc Walker and Walker Hayes. Known for hits like “Did It For A Girl” and “Spin That Bottle,” Tim continues to captivate audiences with his dynamic live shows and authentic connection with fans.
