Sasha Hromyk Releases New EP ‘Chromatic’
Independent R&B artist Sasha Hromyk just dropped his new six-song EP, Chromatic, marking his first EP in eight years and giving fans a healthy helping of the new direction his music is heading.
Leading up to the release of the EP Hromyk released two singles from the project, “If I Let You In” and “Moving On.” Both songs gave listeners an early look at the smooth sound and strong vocals that carry throughout the record.
Sonically, Chromatic is radio-ready. The tracks are crafted around catchy grooves and clean, modern production. Hromyk mixes early-2000s R&B vibes with a modern new school energy, letting his voice take center stage. His style focuses on smooth melodies, tight harmonies, and heartfelt emotion while always keeping it authentic artistically.
“As someone who grew up between cultures, I’ve always felt a dual perspective. Chromatic reflects that balance . . . “
Born into a Slavic-American family, Hromyk says his background has helped shape the way he approaches music and storytelling. Many of the songs on Chromatic focus on growth, self-worth, and learning from life.
In his words, “As someone who grew up between cultures, I’ve always felt a dual perspective. Chromatic reflects that balance . . . discipline and emotion in the same space.”
For Hromyk, the goal is simple: make music that lasts and connects with listeners. With Chromatic, he continues building his sound while keeping the focus on strong composition and gripping vocals.
