Miist Drops Video for “Love Will Show Us Our Way”
Miist has released “Love Will Show Us Our Way,” a new single accompanied by a music video created from fan-submitted clips.
Miist’s newest release brings together voices and faces from across the world. The Billboard-charting singer has unveiled “Love Will Show Us Our Way,” a new single accompanied by a music video created from fan-submitted clips capturing everyday acts of kindness.
The project launches The Love Project, Miist’s 2026 creative initiative focused on strengthening human connection through simple daily gestures.
Earlier this year, she invited her audience to participate in the video. Fans responded by filming small moments from their lives: comforting a friend, helping a stranger, or reaching out to someone who needed support. The clips arrived from multiple continents and cultures. Together they form the central narrative of the video.
Miist chose to keep her own presence minimal, allowing the contributions themselves to shape the story. The approach reflects the philosophy behind The Love Project, which centers on the belief that change begins with small actions.
The song was written with Mauro Malavasi, the Italian composer and producer whose work with Andrea Bocelli helped define modern classical crossover. Their collaboration brings a reflective tone to the track, emphasizing empathy and emotional resilience.
Miist’s focus on human connection gained visibility during her Smile Project in 2025. The initiative began with the release of “Could You Lend Me a Smile,” inspired by a real-life tragedy involving a young man in Tokyo who died alone.
That song eventually appeared in 16 language versions and involved artists connected to more than 60 GRAMMY wins and nominations. The collaboration generated millions of views and earned several world records.
The Love Project builds on that foundation. Throughout 2026, Miist plans to release additional songs exploring themes such as courage, forgiveness, gratitude, and resilience.
Her work extends beyond music. Miist hosts the podcast Make Me Smile with Miist, which ranks among the Top 10 mental health podcasts in the United States. Each episode concludes with a brief prompt encouraging listeners to perform a small act that supports emotional connection.
Those ideas will soon appear in her forthcoming book, Make Me Smile with Miist®, which combines short reflections with musical elements.
Miist also founded the nonprofit World Smile Initiative, which develops tools designed to address loneliness and social isolation. Among them is the Kindness Kube™, a small prompt device encouraging daily expressions of gratitude and kindness.
