Our Music Festival is thrilled to announce its third annual event, taking place on Saturday, May 30th. This year marks an exciting new chapter for the festival, with a move into a warmer month, new venues, and expanded programming, including the debut of an afternoon song circle.

The main evening concert will feature a dynamic lineup of celebrated artists, including Alysha Brilla, Anyma Ora’, Ammoye, Kimmortal, and Maïa Davies.

Brilla shares:

“I am honoured to be a part of the third annual Our Music Festival. This is my first time performing in Toronto again after almost five years, and I’m looking forward to singing with the community there and sharing new songs.”

The newly added afternoon song circle will spotlight some of today’s most exciting emerging talent, including Angela Saini, aniqa dear, Leah Holtom, Maya Killtron, and TRP.P. Hosted by artistic director and festival founder Andrea Ramolo, this year’s edition promises to be one of the festival’s most vibrant yet.

Ramolo, who launched the festival to help address ongoing gender disparities in the music industry, shares:

“After two years of programming around International Women’s Day, it felt right to move into the warmer months, because women and gender-diverse artists deserve to be celebrated all year long. This past year has been a period of incredible growth. We formalized our leadership by forming a board and expanded into two new venues. I am especially grateful to our co-presenting sponsors—Small World Music, the International Indigenous Music Summit, TKMF Productions, and Music Ontario. Heartfelt thanks also go to our festival sponsors, Aura Freedom International and IC Savings, and our community partner, Women In Music Canada. To everyone who contributed their dedication and support to building this mighty festival, I am forever grateful.”

Maïa Davies shares:

“Music has been a vital healing tool in my life. Coming from experiences of abuse, the support of women and LGBTQ+ communities has given me a safe place to be believed, create, and reclaim my voice. I’m deeply honoured to share the stage with so many powerful women and queer artists at Our Music Festival this year. Performing for an audience where our stories and collective strength are welcomed and amplified is so meaningful to me.”

2026 JUNO nominee Ammoye adds:

“I’m incredibly excited to perform at the festival for the first time. It’s an honour to share the stage with artists I deeply admire, like Alysha Brilla. This festival is a celebration of unity and collaboration, and a powerful reminder for the next generation that connection, not competition, is the path forward. I’m thrilled to bring my music and light to this vibrant community, and to be part of growing the festival in a loving, uplifting way.”
