Rising metalcore kings Melrose Avenue are back with a new track, “Taste.” The track pushes the band into darker, more provocative territory and is sure to be an instant hit with the band’s ever-growing international fanbase.
The band is simultaneously gearing up to hit the road in the months ahead, as they announce a slew of tours across multiple territories. The band will trek across the U.S. for a large headlining run in early 2026, and are even showing a little love to fans back home in March with an Australia run opening for Rain City Drive, alongside their labelmate TX2.
Commenting on the song, the band states:
“‘Taste’ marks the next phase of Melrose Avenue stepping out of the light and letting our darker inhibitions take over—it’s about freedom, the right to be sexual, to be desired, and to desire. We felt our fanbase was ready for this side of us, and we wanted to give them exactly that.
“To celebrate the release, we’ll be touring the world over the next six months, starting in Australia with our friends TX2 and Rain City Drive in March, followed by 35 dates across the USA in April-May with Autumn Kings and Strayview, before heading to Europe in June to play some of the most iconic metal and punk festivals on the planet. We’re excited, refreshed, and ready, and we hope our fans are just as excited to come on this journey with us.”
