Lana Carlson Releases “Perfect Breakup Line” Music Video

Austin-based multilingual songstress Lana Carlson releases the latest music video for her single, “Perfect Breakup Line,” from her recently released debut album, Redemption.

Said Lana Carlson:

“With the ‘Perfect Breakup Line’ music video, we were trying to portray the dual powers of one person. The battle between the feminine and masculine sides of me. Reconciliation of the ego and alter ego.”

The music video was directed by Justin D. Heron, produced by Michael Hernandez, Quentin Arispe was the Assistant Director on the shoot, Thomas Caywood was the Director of Photography and first editor, Caleb Guadarrama was the second editor, Dé Randle was the Gaffer, Nyres Colbert was the Grip, and Isaac Rowry was the Production Assistant.

Lana has also recently announced the official album release party for Redemption, taking place on Friday, March 6, at Austin’s Soho House from 6 – 9 p.m. In addition to a live performance from Lana, a WONDEROSSO DJ set from Redemption producer Ronald Heart, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and exclusive gift bags for attendees, there will be a special screening of the “Perfect Breakup Line” music video during the event.
